General Conditions
General conditions apply to the purchase and delivery of Stratego services through this website, we kindly invite you (the “Client”) to read the following conditions before buying one of our training programs and/or one to one sessions (strategic coaching one2one), which will be referred to collectively as “Services”.
By purchasing one of our Services, the Client accepts these terms wholly. The Client shall be subject to the conditions applicable at time of purchase.
1 – Service Agreement
The offering of training programs on the website shall be deemed as an offer to the public.
The Client can choose what suits them, add them to their shopping cart and place their order clicking on “BUY”. The Client will receive a digital invoice related to their purchase at the e-mail address provided during registration.
2 – Stratego Obligations
Stratego commits to provide the Client with the purchased Services pursuant to these Terms and as they are described in the provided description, unless unforeseeable events and/or circumstances not directly imputable to Stratego and/or for reasons of force majeure and/or acts and/or omissions by third parties prevent the aforementioned Service to be effectively carried out.
Stratego commits that those who will provide the training programs have the necessary skills and competences and, if required by legislation, the necessary authorizations and certifications. Stratego shall be held harmless for any damages caused by any act of these third parties, unless intentional fault and serious misconduct by Stratego.
3 – Withdrawing – Cancellation – Rescheduling
The Client has the right to withdraw from the placed order within 7 business days from date of purchase, however the withdrawing will not be effective if it is not carried out within 5 business days prior the date the Service commences (training or coaching) The Client must exercise the right to withdraw from their order by written communication at academy@stratego.coach.
If the right of withdrawal is carried out as stated, Stratego will refund the Client in full within 30 days from the date the withdrawal communication is received. Stratego will refund the Client with the same payment method, unless otherwise specified in written form, and the refund will be preceded by a credit note issued by Stratego to the Client.
Failure to respect time limits shall lead to charge and the Client will not be entitled to any refund, neither partial nor in full.
However, the Client can choose to nominate another person to attend the Service (training or coaching), or attend in another date or session, at the same city or another city. The Client can change the date for the purchased training session only once. The same applies to coaching (Strategic coaching one2one).
4 – Cancellation – Postponement
Stratego reserves the right to cancel training sessions, with communication either through e-mail or on their website, within 3 business day from starting date, if the minimum number of participants is not met to ensure the training session is carried out effectively and correctly and/or other independent causes arise.
Stratego shall refund in full not later than 30 days. Stratego will refund the Client with the same payment method, unless otherwise specified in written form.
Stratego reserves the right to communicate the reschedule of Services (training or coaching) within 3 business days before starting date. In such a case, the Client has the right to withdraw from this agreement in written form to academy@stratego.coach not later than 1 business day before the starting date for the purchased Service. Stratego shall refund in full not later than 30 days. Stratego will refund the Client with the same payment method, unless otherwise specified in written form. The Client may also accept from Stratego a new date to carry out the purchased Service.
Stratego reserves the right to modify lesson plans and/or the place and/or change trainers. In such a case, nothing will be owed in any way from Stratego to the enrolled Client.
5 – Stratego Responsibilities
Unless intentional fault and serious misconduct, Stratego can be held responsible solely for any direct and reasonable damage at the closure of contract, but it may be held harmless for any loss, loss of profit and/or any other damage not directly attributable and/or linked to Stratego and its activities.
6 – Jurisdiction and venue
Disputes arising hereunder will be submitted to the Milan Forum.
