Meeting freely and in a multifaceted way enables a #LiquidBrainer’s brain to quickly adapt to change, to build new neural links and to reinvent itself (aka plasticity). The everyday way of saying “change or enrich the starting idea” has a clear neurological equivalent which is “change the brain’s structure and shape”

By learning an innovative decision making framework, which enables you to mitigate unconscious biases, to be open to change and to other people’s ideas. In the first phase you will use the known #LiquidBrainer decision making process then using Lean Decision Quality® and finally comparing the two methods, to develop a new mindset.
A meeting especially aimed at #LiquidBrainers working in various fields, with different professional positions, genders and ages, in a space offered by companies, co-working spaces, associations or at an happy hour. It is a new way to compare opinions freely on social and/or business-related matters, fostering the right approach to problem solving.
The event is aimed at
- Business: a private event for a business’ employees or members/clients of a specific organization, who have to host the event and find participants
- Cross Sector: an open event organized by Stratego, on mixed skills and roles
There can be a maximum of 10 participants, unless for specific themes.
A Liquid Brains event lasts 3-4 hours
- during usual office operational hours for Businesses;
- in the evening (6-9 pm, 8-11 pm) ones/twice a month for Cross Sectors
DECISIONS IMPROVE WHEN DIVERSITY INCREASES
A research by Bain & Company undelines decision-making drives 95% of the business performance and another research by Cloverpop on 566 real business decisions taken by 184 teams in a wide range of American companies (medium-big sized) , between 2015 and 2017, highlighted that decisions improve when Diversity increases. Fostering Gender Diversity decisions gets better between 58% and 73% than in a the all male.group and they reach 87% if age and geographical diversities are fostered as well (with at least 2 Continents).
Fostering Diversity is needed but not sufficient to make quality decisions. Unconscious biases, which are inherent to human nature, downgrade the quality of decisions.
